How It Works
All engagements begin with a Private Property & Project Assessment initiated through the Request a Private Consultation link. This process applies to existing homes, properties under consideration, and estate-level projects, and may be conducted on-site or virtually depending on scope and location.
Following review of the assessment, qualified projects are invited to schedule a Private Estate Strategy Call ($500) – $500 is applied in full toward your engagement investment. This call allows us to review the property in greater detail, discuss objectives, and determine the appropriate scope of Feng Shui advisory services.
Based on this review, you will be invited into one of two private engagements:
Private Feng Shui Consultation
For single-structure properties and focused alignment needs.
Estate Alignment Program
For estates, multi-structure properties, renovations, new construction, and complex holdings requiring ongoing environmental oversight.
What We Evaluate
Our advisory work considers:
- Site orientation and land relationship
- Time cycles and Flying Star influences
- Structure, layout, and circulation
- Occupancy patterns and functional use
- Long-term environmental performance
This process ensures the spaces you live, build, and invest in quietly support the outcomes you intend.
Each property is evaluated individually and engagements are structured based on scope and complexity.
The Assessment and the Investment
The assessment identifies the underlying environmental conditions of your property and what strategic adjustments may improve how it supports you and your family over time.
Implementing those adjustments – whether through placement changes, structural modifications, renovation guidance, element placement, or new construction planning is a separate engagement. The scope and investment for implementation are determined individually following the assessment, based on the complexity of the property and the work required.
Many corrections are straightforward. Others, particularly for estates, renovations, or new construction, require ongoing advisory involvement. Either way, clients find that understanding what their property actually requires – before spending on design, renovation, or purchase – is itself a significant financial protection.
