How It Works
Every engagement begins with a private consultation request.
Once received I review the property details and determine the appropriate scope of analysis whether the property is an existing home, a property under consideration, an estate, or a new construction project.
Consultations can be conducted on site or virtually when accurate floor plans, photographs, and a precise compass reading are provided.
Following the initial review you will be invited into one of two private engagements based on the scope and complexity of your property:
Private Feng Shui Consultation
For existing single-family homes and residential properties where the objective is to understand what the property is generating for the people living inside it and apply precise corrections based on what the analysis reveals.
Estate Alignment Program
For estate-level properties, multi-structure holdings, significant renovations, and new construction projects requiring ongoing strategic advisory as the property evolves over time.
What the Analysis Actually Evaluates
What I evaluate is not what your home looks like.
It is what your home is doing.
Every property is evaluated individually because no two structures carry the same energetic blueprint. The natal chart of your home is specific to its construction period and compass orientation and that chart determines what conditions the property is generating for the specific people living inside it.
The analysis looks at the orientation of the property and its relationship to the surrounding landform. The construction period and the natal chart it establishes. The specific star combinations present throughout the property and how they interact with each other.
Where the most important people in the household are sleeping, working, and spending the majority of their time. The external environment including roads, water, and neighboring structures. And how the current annual cycle is interacting with the home's permanent blueprint.
All of it together tells me what that property is producing for the people living inside it and what needs to be corrected.
The Analysis and What Follows
The analysis identifies what your property is generating for the people living inside it and where corrections are needed.
Corrections are then applied precisely based on what the property needs and what the people living in it require. Some corrections are straightforward. Others require more significant intervention depending on the complexity of the property and the conditions present.
In rare cases where a property is fundamentally incompatible with its occupants or where the investment required to correct it is disproportionate to its value I will say so directly and recommend a better path forward.
That honest assessment is part of what I provide.
