Classical Feng Shui Consulting
My work in Classical Feng Shui began through property, not theory.
I started by observing how different homes felt and performed over time. Some properties supported ease, clarity, and stability. Others, despite their design or location, created friction that could not be explained by aesthetics alone.
That distinction led me into the study of Classical Feng Shui.
I experienced this firsthand in a home I had always recognized as good, a property that had supported me well until one year when something shifted in ways I could not explain. That experience initiated a search for answers that eventually led me to Classical Feng Shui as a discipline and added a second dimension to a professional life already grounded in understanding how people interact with their environments.
Over the following years I researched and studied independently until finding the right teacher, someone grounded in classical methodology rather than modern interpretation. In 2015 I began working under direct instruction and have spent the past ten years refining both technical application and analytical approach.
My background as an Occupational Therapist, a discipline I continue to practice, gave me a clinical understanding of how people interact with their physical environments over time. Both disciplines are grounded in the same foundational question: is this environment supporting the person inside it or working against them?
As the daughter of Greek immigrant parents I grew up with an understanding of how the ancient world approached the relationship between people and their built environment. Classical Greek architecture was oriented with extraordinary precision in relation to landform, solar position, and compass direction a foundational belief that the placement of a structure within its natural environment directly affected the people living inside it.
That principle is the same one that underlies Classical Chinese Feng Shui.
Two of the oldest civilizations in the world arrived at the same conclusion independently. The environment is not a neutral backdrop to human life. It is an active participant in it.
Today I work with existing homeowners, buyers, investors, developers, and private clients at critical decision points before purchase, during renovation, and throughout long term ownership.
My role is to identify what cannot be seen in finishes or floor plans and to determine what a property is actually doing to the people living inside it.
What I evaluate is the property's natal chart, its star combinations, the external landform and environment, where the most important people in the household are spending their time, and how the current annual cycle is interacting with the home's permanent blueprint.
What I correct is what that analysis reveals needs to change.
My approach is structured, analytical, and grounded in classical methodology.
It is not decorating. It is not generic advice. And no two properties ever receive the same analysis because no two structures carry the same energetic blueprint.
That is what I do.
That is all I do.
And it is worth doing properly.
Client Perspective
"After nearly 25 years in real estate, there is very little our team hasn’t experienced firsthand. I believed I had a solid understanding of Feng Shui — until working with Eleni.
What she demonstrated went far beyond anything I had previously encountered. Her analysis of my home, which I’ve lived in for over 30 years, revealed a level of depth and precision I was not aware of — from how different areas of the home function, to how specific rooms are better suited for certain uses based on the property itself.
What stood out most was that no two homes are treated the same. Each property is evaluated individually — almost like a fingerprint — taking into account its construction period, modifications over time, and current influences. There are far more variables involved than most people realize.
I had always associated Feng Shui with general concepts — light, layout, and basic directional considerations. What I learned through this process was that the true practice is far more detailed, structured, and analytical.
This is a level of understanding that most agents and brokers are not exposed to, but should be."
