My work in Classical Feng Shui began through property, not theory.
I first became interested in Feng Shui through my own experience with how buildings made me feel when I entered them. I noticed that some spaces immediately felt comfortable and supportive, while others felt very different, even when there was nothing obvious about the appearance, location, or design that explained why.
I experienced this personally in a home that had supported me well for years. Then, during one particular period, things changed in ways I couldn't explain. I wanted to understand why.
That search eventually led me to Classical Feng Shui.
I spent years researching and studying independently before finding the teacher and methodology I was looking for. In 2015, I began formal instruction in Classical Feng Shui and have continued refining both my technical knowledge and practical application ever since.
My Professional Background
My background as an Occupational Therapist has shaped the way I approach this work.
For more than 30 years, my profession taught me to observe carefully, understand how people function within their environments, recognize patterns, and determine what could be changed to improve the situation.
Classical Feng Shui requires a different body of knowledge, but I bring that same disciplined approach to every property I evaluate: observe first, analyze carefully, and don't make assumptions before the information is there.
A Connection to the Built Environment
As the daughter of Greek immigrant parents, I also grew up with an appreciation for the relationship between architecture, land, orientation, and the natural environment.
Ancient Greek architecture reflected careful consideration of where structures were placed and how they related to the surrounding landscape. That relationship between a structure, its environment, and the people who use it is one of the things that drew me so strongly to Classical Feng Shui.

FAQ
Is Classical Feng Shui the same as the Feng Shui I have seen online or in stores?
No.
Much of what people encounter today focuses on decorating, object placement, colors, or generalized advice.
Classical Feng Shui is property-specific. I evaluate the individual home using its compass orientation, construction period, surrounding environment, and how the home is being used.
The recommendations come from that analysis, not from decorating rules or trends.
Is Classical Feng Shui spiritual or religious?
No.
Classical Feng Shui does not require a particular religion, spiritual practice, or belief system.
My work focuses on analyzing the property itself, its orientation, construction period, surrounding environment, layout, and how the home is being used.
You don't need to believe in Feng Shui for me to analyze your property.
How is this different from hiring an interior designer or home stager?
The purpose is entirely different.
An interior designer focuses primarily on the appearance and functional design of a space.
My role is to analyze the property through Classical Feng Shui and determine where changes may be beneficial based on that analysis.
Sometimes a recommendation may involve the placement or use of something within a room, but the reason for the recommendation is the Feng Shui analysis, not aesthetics or current design trends.
