Estate Alignment Program
Some properties require more than a single consultation.
Large estates, multi-structure properties, new construction, and major renovations involve decisions that can affect how the property supports the people living there for years to come.
The Estate Alignment Program allows me to evaluate the property as a whole and remain involved as plans develop, rather than analyzing the property only once.
This is particularly important when decisions are being made about the placement of structures, entrances, bedrooms, kitchens, offices, additions, landscaping, water features, and how different areas of the property will be used.
For properties intended to remain in a family for many years, the goal is not simply to address what is happening today. It is to make informed decisions that continue to support the people living there as the property evolves.
When Estate Alignment May Be Appropriate
The Estate Alignment Program may be appropriate when:
- Your property includes multiple structures, residences, or significant areas that need to be considered together.
- You are building a new home or undertaking a major renovation.
- Important decisions about orientation, placement, layout, entrances, bedrooms, kitchens, offices, or exterior features are still being made.
- You are working with architects, builders, designers, or landscape professionals and want Feng Shui considerations incorporated before plans are finalized.
- The property is a long-term or generational holding and you want to understand how it can continue to support the people living there over time.
The earlier I am involved in a major project, the more opportunity there is to address important considerations before they become permanent.
What This Program Provides
I begin by evaluating the property as a whole, its compass orientation, construction period, surrounding land and environment, existing structures, and how the property is currently being used.
From there, I identify the areas that are naturally supportive, the areas that may require correction, and the decisions that deserve particular attention as the project moves forward.
For new construction and renovations, I can review proposed layouts, room placement, entrances, important living areas, exterior features, and other decisions before they are finalized.
For multi-structure properties, I consider how the individual buildings and surrounding property work together rather than evaluating each structure in isolation.
Two on-site or virtual implementation reviews are included so that we can review progress, address changes, and make adjustments as needed.
When appropriate, I also work alongside your architect, designer, builder, or other project professionals. My role is not to replace their expertise, but to provide the Classical Feng Shui analysis that informs the decisions being made.

Once I receive your request, I personally review the property and project details to determine whether the Estate Alignment Program is the appropriate level of consultation.
If it is, we'll schedule a Private Estate Strategy Call to discuss the property, your plans, and the scope of the project in greater detail.
Because every estate and project is different, the scope of the engagement is determined individually.
