Every Estate Alignment engagement includes a compass-based analysis of the site and its orientation — establishing the natal Flying Star chart that will serve as the foundational reference for every decision that follows.
The surrounding landform and approach to the property are evaluated in full, including how roads, water, neighboring structures, and natural features interact with the estate and the people occupying it.
A time-based Flying Star and period strategy is developed identifying which conditions are currently active, which require correction, and how the annual cycle will interact with the property's permanent blueprint going forward.
An estate-wide circulation and usage framework is established determining how energy moves through the full property, which areas support which activities, and how the spaces across the holding should be allocated and used.
Layout, placement, and design decisions are reviewed as the project evolves ensuring that architectural and spatial choices remain aligned with the property's energetic conditions at every phase rather than only at the beginning or the end.
Two on-site or virtual implementation reviews are included to assess progress, address emerging conditions, and ensure corrections are being applied as intended.
