Not every beautiful property is necessarily the right property for the people considering buying it.
A home can have the location, architecture, views, and finishes you are looking for and still have characteristics worth understanding before you purchase it.
A Buyer Property Evaluation looks beyond what you can see. I evaluate the property's compass orientation, construction period, surrounding land and environment, and how the property relates to the people considering the purchase.
The goal is to identify the property's strengths, potential concerns, and whether any concerns appear straightforward to correct or would require more significant changes.
Most properties can be corrected. But it is better to understand what you are buying before you buy it.
What the Evaluation Includes
The evaluation is focused on answering the questions that matter before you purchase:
- What are the property's strongest characteristics?
- Are there significant concerns I should know about?
- How well does the property support the people considering buying it?
- If concerns are identified, are they reasonably correctable or would they require more significant changes?
- Is there anything about the property that deserves further consideration before moving forward?
Findings are delivered verbally so you have clear, practical information to consider as part of your purchasing decision.
Scope
The Buyer Property Evaluation is a preliminary screening and is not a full Classical Feng Shui consultation.
It does not include a written report, correction plan, renovation guidance, or detailed corrective recommendations.

If you purchase a property evaluated through this service and proceed with a full Classical Feng Shui consultation, the $750 single-property evaluation fee is applied toward that consultation.

Three Property Package — $1,800
The three-property package is designed for buyers considering multiple properties and allows up to three properties to be evaluated before making a final decision.
If you purchase one of the properties evaluated and proceed with a full Classical Feng Shui consultation, $750 is applied toward that consultation.

Do you work with existing homes that are already built?
Yes. Most of the properties I evaluate are existing homes.
An existing home can be assessed before you purchase it to identify its strengths, potential concerns, and whether any concerns appear relatively straightforward to address.
Most properties can be corrected without major structural changes. Occasionally, however, a property may have conditions that would require more significant changes. Part of my role is to identify those concerns before you make the purchase, so you have a clearer understanding of the property and what may be involved.
