Those conditions do not announce themselves in a listing description.
They do not appear in an inspection report.
And they do not become visible until the people who purchased the property begin living with what that home was always generating.
A Buyer Property Evaluation applies Classical Feng Shui analysis to a property under consideration, before an offer is made, before a contract is signed, and before a significant financial commitment is locked in.
The evaluation assesses the property's orientation, construction period, surrounding landform, and external environment to determine how that specific property is likely to perform for the specific people considering purchasing it.
Not every property supports the people considering buying it.
Not every property is worth correcting.
And not every correction is worth the investment relative to the value of the property.
Knowing that before you sign is not a luxury.
It is the most informed decision you can make about any significant acquisition.
Findings are delivered verbally and focus on how the property is likely to perform over time for the people living inside it.
This evaluation is diagnostic. It does not include corrective recommendations.
Where the property is found to be a strong alignment for its buyers, further advisory work is available to identify and apply the corrections that will help it perform at its full potential.
What the Evaluation Includes
The evaluation includes a professional compass reading conducted on site or virtually, assessment of the property's orientation, construction period, surrounding landform, and external environment, and calculation of the natal Flying Star chart.
Major strengths and significant concerns are identified — including whether corrections are straightforward or whether the property presents conditions that would be difficult to resolve without rebuilding.
Long term performance is assessed based on the property's permanent chart and its interaction with current and upcoming time cycles.
Findings are delivered verbally.
This service is used by serious buyers who want to understand exactly what they are committing to before they commit.

Scope
This evaluation is a preliminary screening.
It does not include written reports, correction plans, renovation guidance, or full Feng Shui charting.
If the property is purchased and a full consultation is engaged, the evaluation fee for one property is applied in full toward that engagement.

Single Property Evaluation – $750
Three Property Package — $1,800
If you purchase a property reviewed under this evaluation and proceed with a full Classical Feng Shui consultation, the single property evaluation fee is applied toward that engagement.
