Buyer Property Evaluation applies Classical Feng Shui analysis to properties under consideration, assessing orientation, landform, and environmental structure to determine long-term livability, function, and overall suitability.


Often referred to as a pre-purchase Feng Shui assessment, this process provides clarity before a commitment is made.


Findings are delivered verbally and focus on how the property is likely to perform over time for the people living in it.


This evaluation is diagnostic in nature and does not include corrective recommendations.



Where alignment is confirmed, further advisory work may be engaged to address adjustments and implementation.

Scope

This is a preliminary screening only and does not include written reports, correction plans, renovation guidance, or full Feng Shui charting.

$750 per property
3-Property Package — $1,800


If you purchase a home reviewed under this service and proceed with a full Feng Shui consultation, the assessment fee for one property may be applied toward that consultation.
